Openings
Applicants must meet a minimum requirement of 5-7 years experience in the service of HVAC Equipment. Candidates must have EPA Certification and MA Refrigeration License or be in the process of testing for same. The ability to independently service Commercial Roof Top Equipment, VAV Equipment, Water-source Heat Pumps, Split Systems, Cooling Towers, Computer Room Equipment, Controls & Gas–fired Heating Equipment, is a must.
Applicants must meet a minimum requirement of 3 years experience in the service of residential heating and cooling equipment. Candidates must have EPA Certification, and have the ability to work independently on Residential split systems, gas fired residential heating equipment, hot water systems, & light commercial equipment under 10 tons.
Suburban is looking to expand its Sales Team. This position is for an entry level sales person to market our HVAC Heating and Air Conditioning System Installations and service contracts to Residential Customers. Training will be provided. Candidate must be highly self motivated and energetic. Industry experience or experience in home construction is helpful but not required. Associate or bachelor’s degree can be a plus. Responsibilities will include sales generation, meeting and tracking customers, phone sales and estimating and follow through of sales leads. Compensation consists of base plus commission.
